Text
It shall be the responsibility of the state milk board * to encourage orderly and sanitary production, transportation, processing and grading of manufactured milk and its products, to assure wholesome, stable, and high-quality dairy products; and to provide the basis for measuring, weighing and testing all milk, including grade "A" fluid milk and manufacturing milk, to determine its value at first point of sale.
