Mo. Rev. Stat. § 196.250 (2026).

Text

The word "close" , as used in sections 196.190 to 196.265 , shall be construed to mean a suspension of business, and it shall be unlawful for the proprietor, manager, or person having charge of any place mentioned in section 196.240 to transact any business in violation of any order of the director of the department of health and senior services closing same.
