Text
1.A district where the majority of the property is located within a disaster area may be created to fund, promote, plan, design, construct, improve, maintain and operate one or more projects relating to one or more museums and cultural assets or to assist in such activity.
2.A district is a political subdivision of the state.
3.No structures operated by a museum and cultural district board pursuant to sections 184.800 to 184.880 shall be named for a commercial venture.
