Text

1.Any administrative board of control of an art museum may contract to furnish the use of the facilities or services of the institution it operates and maintains to any incorporated city, incorporated village, school district or county in this state, or to the citizens or residents of any such city, village, school district or county, whether or not such city, village, school district or county maintains an art museum.
2.Any incorporated city, incorporated village, school district or county may contract with the administrative board of control of any art museum for the use of the facilities or services of any institution operated and maintained by such administrative board of control, such use to be by or for the benefit of the citizens or residents of any political subdivision herein
