Text

1.Any special purpose district formed under the provisions of sections 184.600 to 184.622 may be dissolved pursuant to this section.  Upon the filing with the governing body of the district of a petition containing the signatures of qualified voters representing eight percent of the votes cast at the last preceding election for governor, the governing body shall submit the proposition to the voters in the district using the same procedure and in the same manner so far as practicable as is provided for the submission of the question for forming the district.
