Text
1.After organization, the voters of the community college district shall vote for trustees and on all other propositions provided by law for submission at school elections which are applicable to community college districts. Regular elections in community college districts shall be held on municipal election days in the years in which trustees are to be elected or propositions must be voted upon.
2.If trustees are elected other than at large throughout the entire district, then only those voters within the subdistrict from which the trustee or trustees are to be elected shall cast their ballots for the trustee or trustees from that subdistrict. All candidates for the office of trustee shall file their declarations of candidacy with the secretary of the board of trustees.
