Whenever the part-time schools meet the standards of the federal act and the standards established by the state board of education, they shall be entitled to share in the distribution of the federal funds available under the provisions of the federal act, and the state funds appropriated for the promotion of vocational education under the provisions of the Missouri vocational education law.
