Text
1.No person shall be required to participate in any program of parent education or developmental screening, or in any program for developmentally delayed children, approved by the department of elementary and secondary education pursuant to sections 178.691 to 178.699 .
2.Any information obtained as a result of an approved program of developmental screening is confidential, and may not be released to anyone other than parents or guardians without the express written consent of the parents or guardians of the child.
