Text

State Technical College of Missouri shall be deemed to be a qualified college, university, or educational institution for the purposes of any higher education student loan, grant, or scholarship program established pursuant to state law.  Tuition and fees for this institution shall be comparable to public four-year institutions rather than public two-year institutions.
