Text
Any bonds issued under and pursuant to sections 176.010 to 176.080 shall not be deemed to be an indebtedness of the state of Missouri or of any such educational institution, or of the governing body thereof, or of the individual members of such governing body, and shall not be deemed to be an indebtedness within the meaning of any constitutional or statutory limitation upon the incurring of indebtedness.
