Text

1.There shall be a period of orderly transition which shall begin with the appointment of the board of regents, during which the St. Louis board of education shall convey by gift, the buildings, facilities, equipment, and adjoining eight acres, more or less, of realty located at 3026 Laclede Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri, which currently serves as the campus of Harris-Stowe State College, to the board of regents, and during which time the St. Louis board of education, at its own expense, shall continue to provide necessary supporting services to Harris-Stowe State College.  The transition period shall terminate no later than July 1, 1979, at which time the regents shall be responsible for every aspect of the college's operation.
