Text
The board of regents for each college shall be composed of seven members, six of whom shall reside in the district in which the college for which they are appointed regents is situated, and at least one member of each board shall be a resident of the county in which the college for such district is located. The state commissioner of education shall be an ex officio member of each of said boards.
