Text
1.The treasurer of each board, before he enters upon the duties of his office, shall enter into a bond to the state of Missouri, with good and sufficient security, in a penal sum of not less than fifty thousand dollars, to be approved by the board, conditioned that he will faithfully perform all the duties required of him by law as such treasurer, and account for and pay over all money received by him, which bond shall be filed with the secretary of the board.
2.The treasurer of each board shall receive, keep and disburse all moneys under the control of the board of his district, and perform all such acts as appertain to his office, under the direction of the board, and make reports of the same to the board at its annual meeting.
