Text

Any bonds issued under and pursuant to sections 164.231 to 164.301 shall not be deemed to be an indebtedness of the state of Missouri, or of any school district or of the board thereof, or of the individual members of the school board, and shall not be deemed to be an indebtedness within the meaning of any constitutional or statutory limitation upon the incurring of indebtedness.
