Text

Whenever the board of directors, by resolution adopted by vote of not less than two-thirds of the members of the board, determines that the additional levy, at a rate and for a period fixed in the resolution, is necessary or desirable, they shall cause notice to be given that the proposed levy will be submitted.  The notice shall state the proposed rate of levy and the period for which it is proposed to be levied annually.
