If the county commission, at any time, deems it necessary for the protection of the county, it may require any depositary to provide additional security, and upon failure to do so within five days after the service of a copy of the order upon the bank the county commission may proceed to select another depositary in lieu thereof, in the manner provided in section 110.130 .
