Text
1.In no event shall any outside employee receive credited service in the system for any time period in which such employee or member participated in the defined contribution plan established pursuant to sections 104.1200 to 104.1215 .
2.Institutions and any third-party administrator shall provide such information to the Missouri state employees' retirement system as may be required to implement the provisions of sections 104.1200 to 104.1215 .
