Text

The board shall serve without compensation for their services as such, but shall be paid for any necessary expenses incurred in attending meetings of the board or committees thereof or in the performance of other duties authorized by the board.  Duties performed for the plan by any member of the board shall be considered duties in connection with the regular employment of the individual, and he or she shall suffer no loss in regular compensation by reason of the performance of such duties.
