In compiling the next and subsequent editions of Minnesota Statutes the revisor of statutes shall substitute the provisions of sections85.011to85.013, in accordance with the statutory numbering proposed therein, for sections85.07to85.197. Such substitution shall in no way alter the effect of the laws from which said sections85.07to85.197are derived nor operate as a repeal of any of the provisions of said sections. The revisor may include as a note after each of the above named state parks, monuments, recreation areas and waysides a reference to the various laws establishing and relating to said park, monument, recreation area and wayside and shall make such rearrangement of the material in this chapter, as is necessary to carry out the provisions of this section.
