Text

It is the intent of the legislature that the appropriations made by section84B.07, as payments to counties in lieu of taxes, and by Minnesota Statutes 1986, section84B.08, as proceeds from the sale of Voyageurs National Park bonds, shall not exceed $6,000,000 and shall constitute the total expenditure of the state or any state agency for the purposes of sections84B.01to84B.10, notwithstanding any other provisions of law or any appropriation made by law.
