Text
The title to parcels of land within the preserve, except lands within the boundaries of any incorporated city, that are acquired by the state under Laws 1927, chapter 119, as amended, is held by the state, free from the trust in favor of the taxing districts specified in that chapter. Title must be held and used, or disposed of, in accordance with sections84A.01to84A.101.
