Text
Any person who willfully violates any provision of section83.23or83.44or any order of the commissioner under sections83.20to83.42, this section, and83.44of which the person has notice, may be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned not more than five years or both. Each of the acts specified shall constitute a separate offense and a prosecution or conviction for any one of the offenses shall not bar prosecution or conviction for any other offense.
