Text

The statute of limitations for actions arising under this chapter shall be three years and shall not begin to run with respect to any cause of action under this chapter, other than those set forth in section83.37, subdivision 4, clause (d), until a conveyance describing such lot or parcel is recorded with the appropriate recording authority. This section does not prohibit the maintenance of any action before the recording of such conveyance.
