Subdivision 1.Advertisement or advertising. "Advertisement" or "advertising" means any written or printed communication or any communication transmitted on radio, television, electronic means, or similar communications media other than telephone, published in connection with the offer or sale of membership camping contracts or to induce prospective purchasers to visit or attend an offer or sales presentation. Subd. 1a.Advanced payment. "Advanced payment" means any money paid in advance regardless of its descriptive nomenclature, including, but not limited to, a management fee, listing, security, or advance fee or payment. Subd. 2.Amenity. "Amenity" means any major recreational building, swimming pool, utility serviced camping sites, or similar facility which is represented as available
