Text
(a)The commissioner may limit, suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew a registration of an individual registered under section81A.27, subdivision 1, for conduct that would have justified refusal to issue a certificate of registration under section81A.27, subdivision 2.
(b)The commissioner may suspend or revoke the registration of an individual registered under section81A.26, subdivision 2, paragraph (b), or renewed under section81A.27, subdivision 3, paragraph (b), for any reason for which the commissioner could have refused to grant or renew registration or for conduct that would justify refusal to issue a certificate of registration under section81A.27, subdivision 2.
