Text
Any person who willfully and knowingly violates any provision of sections80D.03to80D.16shall upon conviction be fined not more than $20,000 or imprisoned not more than 364 days, or both.
Nothing in sections80D.03to80D.16limits the power of the state to punish any person for any conduct which constitutes a crime under any other statute.
