Text
This chapter shall apply to mutual insurance companies other than: assessment benefit associations, fraternal benefit societies, township mutual insurance companies and title insurers. Sections66A.08to66A.311do not apply to mutual life insurance companies.
Sections60A.07, subdivision 1, clauses (1) and (2);66A.34;66A.35;66A.36;66A.37;66A.38; and66A.39, do not apply to mutual property and casualty insurance companies.
