Text

Subdivision 1.Grounds for suspension or revocation. The commissioner of health may suspend or revoke any certificate of authority issued to a health maintenance organization under sections62D.01to62D.30if the commissioner finds that:

(1)the health maintenance organization is operating significantly in contravention of its basic organizational document, its health maintenance contract, or in a manner contrary to that described in and reasonably inferred from any other information submitted under section62D.03, unless amendments to such submissions have been filed with and approved by the commissioner of health;
(2)the health maintenance organization issues evidences of coverage which do not comply with the requirements of section62D.07;
