Text
Subdivision 1.Authorization.
An insurer aggrieved by an order or any other act or failure to act of the commissioner regarding compliance with sections60L.01to60L.15, may request a hearing by following the procedures of chapter 14.
Subd. 2.Private hearing.
The commissioner shall hold hearings under this section privately unless the insurer requests a public hearing, in which case the hearing is public.
