In an insolvency proceeding against a health maintenance organization, at the time the rehabilitator or liquidator gives notice to creditors and enrollees according to section60B.26, the rehabilitator or liquidator shall also give notice that any interested party may request in writing notice of subsequent actions or hearings in the proceeding. After the initial notice, the rehabilitator or liquidator may give notice only to those with a direct stake in any action or hearing and to those who have requested notice in writing. However, the rehabilitator or liquidator must give all claimants who timely file proofs of claims notice of any plan of rehabilitation or liquidation.
