Text

In any proceeding under sections60B.01to60B.61, the court may award such costs and other expenses of litigation as justice requires, without regard to the limitations otherwise prescribed by law. If costs and expenses are taxed against the commissioner, they shall be paid from funds appropriated to the Department of Commerce.
