Text

The licensee shall keep and use in the licensee's business such books, accounts, and records as will enable the commissioner to determine whether the licensee is complying with the provisions of this chapter and with the rules lawfully made by the commissioner hereunder. Every licensee shall preserve such books, accounts, and records, including cards used in the card system, if any, for at least two years after making the final entry on any loan recorded therein. Accounting systems maintained in whole or in part by mechanical or electronic data processing methods which provide information equivalent to that otherwise required are acceptable for this purpose. Each licensee shall annually on or before the first day of March, file a report with the commissioner giving such relevant informatio
