Subdivision 1.Definition. For the purposes of this section, "material violation of section559A.03"means:

(1)if applicable, failure to disclose any balloon payment as required under section559A.03, subdivision 2;
(2)failure to disclose the price paid by the investor seller under the contract for deed to acquire property as required under section559A.03, subdivision 3;
(3)failure to disclose the other essential terms of the contract as required under section559A.03, subdivision 4;
(4)failure to provide the general disclosure in substantially the form required under section559A.03, subdivision 5;
(5)failure to disclose the amortization schedule as required under section559A.03, subdivision 6;
(6)a violation of section559A.03, subdivision 1, paragraph (b) or (c);
(7)a violation of sect
