Subdivision 1.Selection of chair of incorporators; savings liability required. The incorporators of a mutual association shall appoint one of their number as chair of the incorporators. The incorporators, before a certificate of incorporation is issued, shall pay in cash to the chair, as subscriptions to the savings accounts of the proposed association, including that part of the original subscription paid by the chair, an aggregate amount, not less than $100,000; provided the commissioner may require a larger amount to be paid in. Subd. 2.Chair of incorporators to procure surety bond. The chair of the incorporators shall procure from a surety company or other surety acceptable to the commissioner, a surety bond in form approved by the commissioner in an amount at least equal to the amou
