Text
The declaration for a condominium shall contain:
(1)the name and number of the condominium, which shall include the word "condominium" or be followed by the words "a condominium";
(2)the name of every county in which any part of the condominium is situated;
(3)a legally sufficient description of the real estate included in the condominium;
(4)a description or delineation of the boundaries of a unit;
(5)the condominium plat as required by section515A.2-110;
(6)an allocation to each unit of an undivided interest in the common elements, a portion of the votes in the association, and a percentage or fraction of the common expenses of the association (section515A.2-108);
(7)a statement of the maximum number of any units which may be created by the subdivision or conversion of units owned
