Subdivision 1.Terms.
Except as provided in this section the terms contained in sections475A.01to475A.06shall have the meanings given them by section475.51.

Subd. 2.Municipality.
"Municipality" means any city, town, county, school district or any political subdivision of the state which has the authority to issue general obligations.

Subd. 3.Guaranteed bond.
"Guaranteed bond" means a general obligation bond of a municipality including a statement approved by the commissioner of management and budget as provided in section475A.03.
