Subdivision 1.Definitions. As used in this section:

(1)"clandestine lab site" has the meaning given in section152.0275, subdivision 1, paragraph (a);
(2)"property" has the meaning given in section152.0275, subdivision 2, paragraph (a), but does not include motor vehicles; and
(3)"remediate" has the meaning given to remediation in section152.0275, subdivision 1, paragraph (a). Subd. 2.Account established. The authority shall establish a methamphetamine laboratory cleanup revolving account in the public facility authority fund to provide loans to counties and cities to remediate clandestine lab sites. The account must be credited with repayments. Subd. 3.Applications. Applications by a county or city for a loan from the account must be made to the authority on the forms prescribed by t
