Text
Subdivision 1.Commissioner's authority.
At the request of the commissioner of public safety, the attorney general may commence proceedings in the district court against any person or public or private body to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
Subd. 2.Commission authority.
At the request of the public utilities commission, the attorney general may commence proceedings before the district court pursuant to section237.27, against any wire-line telecommunications service provider that refuses to comply with this chapter.
Subd. 3.Dispute resolution.
Disputes between parties must be resolved pursuant to section403.025, subdivision 7, paragraph (c).
