Text
The commissioner may revoke, suspend, or refuse to issue or renew a license or certificate issued under this chapter. Any person aggrieved by the commissioner's action may request a hearing before the commissioner. The provisions of sections14.57to14.69apply to the hearing and to any subsequent proceedings.
