Subdivision 1.Applicability. The definitions in this section apply to this section and section27.138. Subd.

Subd. 5.Proceeds.
"Proceeds" means whatever is received upon the sale, exchange, collection, or transfer of perishable farm products or manufactured farm products.

Subd. 7.Manufactured farm products.
"Manufactured farm products" means products derived from perishable farm products through manufacturing, processing, or packaging.
