Subdivision 1.County evaluation.
Each county shall submit to the commissioner data from the past calendar year on the outcomes and performance indicators in the service plan. The commissioner shall prescribe standard methods to be used by the counties in providing the data. The data shall be submitted no later than March 1 of each year.
Subd. 2.Statewide evaluation.
Six months after the end of the first full calendar year and annually thereafter, the commissioner shall make public the counties' progress in improving the outcomes of vulnerable children and adults related to safety, permanency, and well-being.
