Subdivision 1.Scope.
For purposes of sections253.195to253.26, the terms defined in this section have the meanings given them.
Subd. 2.Executive board.
"Executive board" has the meaning given in section246C.015.
Subd. 3.Secure treatment facility.
"Secure treatment facility" has the meaning given in section253B.02, subdivision 18a.
