Subdivision 1.Scope.
For purposes of this chapter, the following terms have the meanings given.
Subd. 2.Chief executive officer.
"Chief executive officer" means the Direct Care and Treatment chief executive officer appointed according to section246C.08.
Subd. 3.Commissioner.
"Commissioner" means the commissioner of human services.
Subd. 4.Community preparation services.
"Community preparation services" means specialized inpatient or outpatient services operated outside of a secure environment but administered by a secure treatment facility.
Subd. 5.County of financial responsibility.
"County of financial responsibility" has the meaning given in section256G.02, subdivision 4.
Subd. 5a.Direct Care and Treatment.
"Direct Care and Treatment" means the agency of Direct Care and Treatment
