Subdivision 1.Service provision. The Direct Care and Treatment executive board shall offer medically necessary psychiatric and dental services to developmentally disabled clients in the Faribault service area through the Southern Cities Community Health Clinic. For purposes of this requirement, the Faribault service area is expanded to also include geographic areas of the state within 100 miles of Faribault. Subd. 2.Consultation required. The Direct Care and Treatment executive board shall consult with providers of psychiatric and dental services to developmentally disabled clients, family members of developmentally disabled clients, the chairs of the house of representatives and senate committees with jurisdiction over health and human services fiscal issues, and the exclusive represent
