Subdivision 1.Executive board record responsibilities.

(a)The chief executive officer or a designee shall have, accessible only by consent of the executive board or on the order of a judge or court of record, a record showing:
(1)the residence, sex, age, nativity, occupation, civil condition, and date of entrance or commitment of every person, in the state-operated services facilities as defined under section246C.02under exclusive control of the executive board;
(2)the date of discharge of any such person and whether such discharge was final;
(3)the condition of the person when the person left the state-operated services facility;
(4)the vulnerable adult abuse prevention associated with the person; and
(5)the date and cause of any death of such person.
