State general obligation bonds issued to finance the construction of the ice centers provided for in sections240A.09and240A.10may be general obligation special tax bonds under section16A.661and debt service on the bonds may be paid from sports and health club sales tax revenue as provided in section16A.661, subdivision 3, paragraph (b).
