Whoever in selling gives a lower number or, in buying, takes a greater number of pounds or cubic feet to the bushel, barrel, ton, or cord, as the case may be, than is allowed and provided in sections239.32and239.33, or in selling, gives a lower number, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
