Subdivision 1.Schedule of examination. A licensee under sections232.20to232.24is subject to an examination annually conducted by the commissioner or the Agricultural Marketing Service of the United States Department of Agriculture. The commissioner may require supplemental examinations of a licensee as the commissioner deems necessary. Subd. 2.Financial reports. A licensee under sections232.20to232.24must provide to the commissioner a copy of the financial report that satisfies the requirements under section223.17, subdivision 6. Subd.
