Text
The commissioner of commerce, in coordination with the commissioners of the agencies listed in section15.01, the chancellor of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, and the president of the University of Minnesota, shall identify policy options, barriers, and economic benefits and costs for state government operations to achieve the energy-savings goals in section216B.2401and the resulting carbon emissions reductions.
