Text
Subdivision 1.Applicability.
The definitions in chapter 200 and in this section apply to this chapter.
Subd. 2.Municipal election.
"Municipal election" means an election held in any municipality at which the voters of the municipality nominate or choose by ballot any public officials for the municipality or decide any public question relating to the municipality that is lawfully submitted to them.
